The TEC program is based on Lalit Jagtiani’s book “When Change Happens”. He is an Adjunct Professor of Digital & Business Transformation at Unitar. Drawing from over 25 years of experience, this book translates key concepts into actionable coaching techniques to lead teams through disruption and create high-performance cultures.

Meet Our TEC Faculty
Drawing on over 50 years of combined experience, the TEC program was developed by 2 industry leaders, Han Ee Lim and Lalit Jagtiani.

Han Ee Lim
Han Ee Lim is a Performance Psychologist, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Coaching Supervisor & Assessor. He specializes in developing resilient leaders and high-performing teams, guiding organizations toward building a future-ready culture.
With over 20 years of executive coaching experience across diverse industries in both the private and public sectors, Han Ee has coached senior leaders at notable clients such as ST Micro, Microsoft, Nike, IHH, STB, MFA, and PWC. He is also the Co-Chair of the Coaching Special Interest Group (by IAL) and a former Vice President of ICF Singapore, where he continues to contribute to the advancement of coaching practices.
Earlier in his career, Han Ee served for 15 years in the Singapore Navy as a Naval Officer. This included serving as Naval Assistant to two Chiefs of Navy.

Lalit Jagtiani
Lalit Jagtiani is an Innovation & Transformation Specialist enabling organisations to leverage next generation technologies to create new business value. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Digital & Organizational Transformation at Unitar and former Regional SVP at SAP leading the Go-To-Market & Business Development Sales Organization.
He is the author of "When Change Happens," a cornerstone of our curriculum.
With over 25 years of experience, he has led & managed complex organization transformations for customers across Asia-Pacific.

Detailed Program Structure
TEC is designed to maximize learning through a blend of in-person sessions, online group practicums, and personalized mentoring.
Part 1
In-Person Sessions
Join an interactive & intensive workshop for 2.5 days – includes discussions on case studies, coaching practices & learning labs. The workshop will be held at The British Club, Singapore.
Includes pre and post-session assignments accessible via an online learning platform to reinforce learning.
Part 2
Online Group Practicums *
Participate in collaborative group practicums conducted virtually over 3 sessions, each lasting 2 hours.
These sessions focus on real-time coaching practice and feedback.
Part 3
One-on-One Mentoring *
Review recordings of coaching sessions in 2 one-on-one mentoring session (60 minutes each).
Receive personalized feedback and development advice.
*Parts 2 & 3 are included only in the Fundamentals Plus package.
