From venturing into starting a Subway franchise all the way to successfully restructuring the business model of Domino’s Pizza for the China market, we were thrilled to learn more about Michael Johnsen’s journey as an entrepreneur this week on The Show! In addition, with more than 15 years of on-the-ground, practical and strategic experience in leadership throughout Asia (especially China), we caught up with him to discuss the key ingredients for organisations to be future-ready.
What a wonderful time we had speaking to Sport Psychologist Randi Jackson, PhD this week!
