Paankaj’s experience ranges from internal & external consulting with organizations to design and deliver Organizational Development interventions, to Regional Talent Management and Leader Development responsibilities. His last corporate assignment was with the Center for Creative Leadership as Head of Design & Delivery. In this role, Paankaj worked with clients across the APAC region to develop integrated interventions for their business and leader development needs. His experience as an internal consultant with organizations like Sabre Holdings, SAP, and NIIT, helps his to understand and relate to the stakeholder ask and work towards it effectively.
Being a certified behavioral assessor, feedback coach, facilitator and impact assessor, Paankaj likes solving organizational challenges from strategic / systems point of view. His passion is around helping people and organizations, transform thus he enjoys facilitating sessions around Leading Self and Leading Others along with Organizational Trust and Leading Change. Being trained instructional designer on ADDIE, 4MAT and Accelerated Learning, helps him design interventions that are outcome(s) driven and engage all learner types.
Paankaj enjoys facilitation and has facilitated sessions across leadership levels at innumerable global locations. He has gained recognition for helping leaders explore their leadership potential and furthering it, team and organization trust, influence, boundary spanning & leading multiple teams and change.
Outside of work Paankaj is passionate about issues such as prevention of sexual harassment, gender diversity and working with young leaders. He also loves to spend time with his two kids and a lovely wife while taking them on camping excursions and long drives
