Lene Lee has more than 30 years of HR experience particularly in Learning and Development. She was extensively involved in education, curriculum development, HR and organisational development work. She has worked in both government and private organisations and was instrumental in launching the Learning Management System (LMS) for the entire Civil Service . Lene is also a facilitator/trainer and provides corporate training in HR related programmes. She has authored a number of WSQ HR programmes for various CET centres. In her present capacity as HR consultant she works with many international brand names and provides HR consulting for new foreign companies setting up in Singapore. Her clients include Japanese, American and European MNCs. She helps clients in implementing progressive HR policies and procedures
As a qualified appointed SSG accredited facilitator she works with government related organisations to run various grant initiatives including training and consultancy advisory for Small medium sized enterprises.
