Recognize when your own reactions arise in the coaching space. Use the 3Rs – Recognize, Reframe, Respond – to navigate discomfort with mindfulness and choice.

This session is part of The Mindful Coach Mentoring Series – details below.

Program Overview

The Mindful Coach Mentoring Series is a reflective and experiential program designed to help coaches use mindfulness to cultivate their coaching presence. In this safe and supportive space, you’ll deepen your ability to listen, pause, and respond with clarity and compassion.

Facilitated by Han Ee Lim, this series offers a grounding, enriching experience, whether you’re preparing for ICF credential renewal or simply looking to deepen your presence as a coach.

Program Components

  • Live group mentoring sessions: 7 weeks, with a 1-hour live session per week
  • Self-paced e-learning: one asynchronous e-learning module (2 hours)
  • Reflection assignment: personal reflection after completing other components (1 hour)

CCE Hours

All participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as they want; however, the certificate of completion and the 10 ICF CCE hours will only be awarded upon completing all 3 program components (see above).

What to Expect

Each 1-hour live session includes:

  • A centering practice to help you arrive, ground, and shift into presence
  • Live coaching practice (15–20 mins) observed through a mindfulness lens
  • Mindful debrief & reflection with prompts for both coach and observers
  • Rotating themes such as Listening Without Agenda, Holding Silence, and Working with Triggers
  • Gentle feedback focused on awareness, not critique

Who Is This For?

  • Coaches-in-training looking to build presence alongside skills
  • ACC/PCC credential-seeking coaches who need ICF mentor coaching hours
  • Experienced coaches wanting to deepen their coaching presence
  • Coaches exploring mindfulness as a way of being, not just a technique
  • Anyone craving a reflective space to pause, notice, and grow
