Michelle is an experienced Executive Coach and Facilitator. Prior to setting up her own practice, she worked with leaders of an international financial institution with Dutch roots, in the space of leadership development. She also worked in Corporate Sales in the hospitality industry. Hence she understands the importance of connecting results with return on investment, so she is practical, goal-focused and outcomes oriented in her approach. Michelle’s passion is to help executives and leaders develop and grow, and be the best version of themselves, so that they can achieve their individual, team and organisational goals. Her purposeful coaching supports individuals and organisations be more resilient and positive in a VUCA world.

Michelle’s specialty is in executive & leadership coaching and facilitation, as well as designing and delivering leadership programmes. Her clients ranges from mid to senior level executives, from Heads of departments to C-suites. Some of her recent clients are in the industries of Energy & resources, Luxury goods, Manufacturing, Food, Financial just to name a few. Michelle’s facilitation style is one which is inclusive, ensuring everyone is engaged and contributes. She is non-judgemental and is able to create an environment that makes people feel comfortable sharing. At the same time, she can be challenging when required. Michelle also supervises coaches, and enjoys holding the space for them to reflect. Michelle is passionate about holding such reflective spaces, be it for coaches or leaders, as (new or different) insights/perspectives often emerge from these spaces.
