Michelle Yan has more than thirty years of corporate experience in the Human Resourced Development and worked in several Fortune 500 multinational companies. In her last assignment at Caterpillar, Michelle led the efforts on organizational development in Asia Pacific region from Global Center of Excellence. She not only worked with internal clients, but also provided consulting services to Caterpillar dealers and suppliers, including organizational effectiveness maintenance, talent strategy development & implementation, human resources capability assessment and development, employee engagement, leadership program development, organizational effectiveness assessment, organizational design & implementation, culture assessment & development, performance management process maintenance, change management, employee engagement & action planning, curriculum design, project management, M&A project, Learning Management System going alive etc.

Michelle has comprehensive experience in executive coaching, leadership coaching, team coaching, individual strength & team strength coaching and mentoring, career planning coaching etc.
