The Performance Coach Level 2 Program Introduction
The Performance Coach (TPC) Level 2 is a program designed for coaches aiming for the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential — with a strong emphasis on executive coaching. Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), this program builds on global standards and focuses on the core competencies required to effectively coach leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Note: For participants who prefer a structured foundation before Level 2, we also offer a Level 1 pathway. Please book a conversation with our advisor to explore the most suitable option.

More About TPC Level 2
The TPC Level 2 program is designed for aspiring professional coaches, internal coaches, leaders, and practitioners who want an ICF Level 2 pathway aligned to PCC-level practice.
The program provides comprehensive training aligned with ICF Level 2 requirements, including core and advanced coaching competencies, mentor coaching, observed coaching, reflective practice, and performance evaluation to support PCC-level development.
The program typically runs over 8–12 months and includes live interactive sessions, mentor coaching, observed coaching, peer practice, and reflective learning. It is offered online, with selected in-person options depending on cohort availability.
The program includes 20+ hours of mentor coaching, delivered through a combination of group and individual sessions, in line with ICF Level 2 requirements.
No prior ICF credential is required. The program is suitable for participants seeking a complete Level 2 pathway toward PCC.
