Observed Team Coaching
Overview
Step into a simulated team coaching practice and observe the dynamics of a team coach in action. This engaging and intensive session is part of The Team Coach (our ICF AATC–accredited team coaching program), but you don’t need to be enrolled to join.
This training is facilitated by Han Ee, the program instructor. You will join this session either role-playing as a simulated team member (scenario & instructions will be provided) during the practice round or as an observer.

What to Expect
This is a 90-minute practical session where you’ll join in a structured team coaching practice, either playing the role of a simulated team member or as an observer.
- Observe how a team coach coaches a simulated team based on a scenario
- Role-play as a team member in a dynamic, realistic simulation
- Observe how ICF Team Coaching Competencies are demonstrated
- Witness constructive feedback and reflections from the faculty
- Active participation is expected
How You Can Participate
You may join as:
- Role Player – Step into a team member role (e.g., CEO, COO etc.); role-playing instructions will be provided
- Observer – Watch the full team coaching practice and debrief process unfold
No prior experience in team coaching is required. Role-playing materials will be provided.
Session Format
90-minute live session
- 2 rounds of team coaching (each round is comprised of 30 minutes of team coaching followed by 15 minutes of debrief)
- An instructor will set up the session and provide feedback after each team coaching round
