TTC is designed for experienced coaches, internal leaders, facilitators, and L&D professionals who want to build their confidence and capabilities in coaching real teams. An active ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is recommended if you’re pursuing ACTC certification.
The program runs over 4–6 months, including live sessions, group supervision, and observed team coaching practice. All sessions are conducted online to accommodate a global cohort and flexible schedules.
You do not need to hold an ICF credential to join the TTC program. However, to apply for ICF ACTC, you must already hold an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential. If you don’t yet have one, we recommend starting with The Performance Coach (TPC) program – our ICF-accredited pathway that prepares you to pursue ACC certification.
TTC is not just a theory-heavy course. It blends evidence-based frameworks (like the 6 Team Conditions, Transactional Analysis, Theory U, and Action Learning) with real-world coaching practice, supervision, and tools drawn from high-performance environments like sport, military, and business.
Yes, the TTC program is designed to be flexible and can be taken part-time to fit around your existing commitments.
