Coaching High Performance Teams (CHPT) is a practical, modular programme for coaches who want to build confident team-coaching capability through focused, applied learning.

Yes. The Ethics of Team Coaching module is available complimentary through TCV.
Does CHPT award an ICF credential?+
No. CHPT is a team-coaching education programme. Full CHPT covers the team-coaching education-hour component that supports progression towards ICF ACTC requirements, subject to ICF’s current requirements.
Can I continue into Team Transformation Coaching later?+
Yes. After Full CHPT, you can discuss the Team Transformation Coaching top-up route with Emerge Performance when you are ready.
