MBSR Post-Course Evaluation Data

Have you heard about our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program? Are you curious to know what it’s all about?

Below we share feedback data that we’ve collected over the past 2 years from participants who have gone through our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, which was developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School. To find out more about the program, visit our MBSR page.

Boosting professional excellence and personal excellence are main reasons why participants join our MBSR program, and we believe that the key to achieving these objectives is how we understand ourselves better and how we relate to stress through a mindfulness practice.

We’ve had a diverse range of participants over the past 2 years, including business leaders, tertiary students, psychologist, teachers, farmers, bankers, lawyers, HR professionals, headhunters, scientists, coaches, marketing executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and a sport masseur.

We’ll let the data below speak for itself, but let us know if you have any questions or comments.

Our next MBSR runs from 15 April to 3 June 2016. If you are up for 8 weeks of full-catastrophe living, sign up now!
