As Founder and Principal Consultant of Emerge Performance, Han Ee works at the intersection of leadership, human performance, and organizational transformation. He partners with senior executives, leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity, helping them cultivate the mindset, capabilities, and culture required to sustain high performance over time.
Over the past two decades, Han Ee has coached and developed leaders across multinational corporations, government agencies, family businesses, and high-growth organizations. His work spans executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, organizational transformation, and coaching culture initiatives. He has supported leaders through business transformation, mergers and integration efforts, leadership transitions, succession planning, and culture change programs. He has also contributed to leadership development initiatives with globally renowned institutions, including executive education programs involving participants from INSEAD.
What differentiates Han Ee’s approach is the integration of insights drawn from sport and performance psychology, mindfulness, military leadership, and organizational development. As a sport psychologist, he has worked with elite athletes, national teams, touring professionals, and extreme sports athletes, while also gaining international experience at organizations such as the IMG Performance Institute, Bollettieri Tennis Academy, and David Leadbetter Golf Academy in the United States. These experiences continue to shape his work in helping leaders and teams perform under pressure, navigate uncertainty, and recover from setbacks.
Han Ee’s understanding of resilience and leadership is further informed by close to 15 years of service as a Naval Combat Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy, where he participated in operational and search-and-rescue missions in demanding environments. He later served as CEO of Singapore Sailing and was himself a former national sailor who competed internationally. These experiences reinforced his belief that sustainable performance depends not only on technical excellence, but also on composure, adaptability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
A qualified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Han Ee received extensive training through the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School under the lineage of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Today, mindfulness remains a cornerstone of his work, helping leaders develop greater self-awareness, presence, resilience, and clarity in an increasingly complex world.
Han Ee is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, an ICF Assessor, Accredited Coaching Supervisor, coach educator, and mentor coach. Through Emerge Performance’s Leadership Performance Academy and coach development initiatives, he continues to support the growth of leaders, coaches, and organizations committed to unlocking their full potential at work.

“The Spotlight Profile training was an illuminating one on both a personal and professional level. Its applications are many, including improving personal understanding and performance as well as improving team dynamics and relationships. The facilitation and delivery style was fun, engaging, and relaxed and I always felt comfortable and encouraged to ask questions and participate. For those working with teams, coaching, or in the Learning & Development space, definitely worth considering adding this to your toolbox.”
