The process began with individual psychometric evaluations and team performance diagnostics, employing a data-driven approach to benchmark the team&#8217;s performance against high-performance standards. These assessments identified each leader&#8217;s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth, providing personalized feedback to enhance self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A pivotal moment came during a two-day workshop focused on building team cohesion. This workshop aimed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and open communication\u2014essential qualities for guiding the leadership team through difficult times. Following the workshop, six executive coaching sessions were tailored to each leader\u2019s specific needs, focusing on developing their unique leadership potential.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the core of our approach was a focus on psychological safety, a vital element for fostering high-performing teams. The intervention\u2019s influence extended beyond the initial leadership team to over 20 top leaders across Pharma P and its sister company, supported by five of our executive coaches.
