Overview<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n

Step into a simulated team coaching practice and observe the dynamics of a team coach in action. This engaging and intensive session is part of The Team Coach<\/a> (our ICF AATC\u2013accredited team coaching program), but you don\u2019t need to be enrolled to join.<\/p>\n

This training is facilitated by Han Ee<\/strong><\/b><\/a>, the program instructor. You will join this session either role-playing as a simulated team member (scenario & instructions will be provided) during the practice round or as an observer.<\/p>\n

What to Expect<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n

This is a 90-minute practical session<\/strong><\/b> where you’ll join in a structured team coaching practice, either playing the role of a simulated team member or as an observer.<\/p>\n

  • Observe how a team coach coaches a simulated team based on a scenario<\/li>\n
  • Role-play as a team member in a dynamic, realistic simulation<\/li>\n
  • Observe how ICF Team Coaching Competencies are demonstrated<\/li>\n
  • Witness constructive feedback and reflections from the faculty<\/li>\n
  • Active participation is expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How You Can Participate<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n

    You may join as:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Role Player<\/strong><\/b> \u2013 Step into a team member role (e.g., CEO, COO etc.); role-playing instructions will be provided<\/li>\n
    • Observer<\/strong><\/b> \u2013 Watch the full team coaching practice and debrief process unfold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      No prior experience in team coaching is required. Role-playing materials will be provided.<\/p>\n

      Session Format<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n

      90-minute live session<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 2 rounds of team coaching (each round is comprised of 30 minutes of team coaching followed by 15 minutes of debrief)<\/li>\n
      • An instructor will set up the session and provide feedback after each team coaching round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
