Our Team Development Program can be delivered to teams of up to 20 people. 

  • A ‘pre’ and ‘post’ call with the team leader
  • A SpotlightPROFILE for each member of your team (up to 20 pax)
  • A team map, showing the distribution of personalities of your team
  • A Spotlight Dynamics report of your current team performance level with benchmarks
  • The delivery of two 3-hour workshops (1 day or 2 x 0.5 days)
