Participants will learn about resilience and strategies to promote a productive work environment by drawing from best practices of athletes and Olympians.

What is Resilience 101?

This session focuses on stress management and burnout prevention in the workplace. Participants will learn about the impact of stress on employee well-being and productivity, as well as strategies for addressing Imposter Syndrome, Quiet Quitting, and Burnout. The session will cover practical stress management techniques, promoting mindfulness and resilience, and strategies for achieving work-life balance. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of stress management, burnout prevention, and the tools to create a healthier, more productive work environment.
