Michelle Lim

Michelle is an experienced facilitator in leadership development and coaching. With over 11 years of prior corporate HR experience, she provides strategic HR advisory and people solutions to help businesses reach their goals. Michelle is certified to facilitate the ‘Manager Coach’ workshop, which equips managers to become coaches in their organizations.

 

Michelle believes in values-based leadership and helps her clients uncover their personal values and brand of leadership, empowering them to lead with purpose and achieve the desired impact. She creates compelling visions for her clients and their organizations, ensuring alignment with both personal and corporate values.

 

As a certified executive coach with over 1000 professional coaching hours, Michelle views clients’ growth and goals through a systemic lens. She supports leaders and their teams to explore their relationship to stakeholders and the organization, gaining clarity on their purpose and deliverables, and focusing on individual roles and team dynamics. She harnesses the potential of the team as a learning system to solve complex problems and develop their leadership skills.
