Huda is our Learning Design Specialist. Combining her passion for all things creative with her professional experience in the Learning & Development Industry, she has supported countless programs together with consultants, facilitators and coaches. Huda’s expertise lie in translating face-to-face programs into active learning experiences for her clients, especially in the areas of leadership and high-performing teams.

Her role has required her to work closely with and manage stakeholders (clients, internal and external subject matter experts) to customise and deliver learning experiences to global teams.

With Emerge Performance, Huda’s role has expanded into leading the Learning Performance Academy – a gateway for professionals in the Leadership pipeline to learn and grow into mindful leaders, enabling them to lead agile and resilient teams.
